I'll check the VST filter but I already changed all the filters I listed above. I'm only at 180 hours and have used Merc fuel treatment pretty regularly with 100% gas. This seems like a pump or sensor problem instead. Really wish the OP would update his post with the final solution.

I am having similar symptoms with my merc 150. Anyone know the problem? Replaced fuel filter, water sep filter, and tested my gas. Also replaced spark plugs.

I've been running a standard aluminum prop on the boat since new. Today, the dealer finally finished the purchase/install agreement we had with a SS prop. Boy can I tell a difference. Extra 600 rpm and easily 3-5mph top end. (still using my same link for photos)...

We have the 15p enertia just installed on our boat. A lot of vibration when I put the tritoon in gear at no wake speed. So much vibe that I was afraid to leave the marina. Any thoughts of why? I have read something about a flow torque IV?

how much are you trimming up? I am mounted in 2nd hole and can barely trim up to the first tick mark before having to lay off the button.  I hit 37mph during the breakin at around 5400 or 5500 rpm

I payed for the playpen storage bag (~$20)in my build as a separate line item if I recall. I only got a clear plastic bag that has already torn. Is this the correct storage bag or is there something a little more rugged?
