Well I proved today it was the vent from tank. Took vent hose off of tank left open while filling tank. Never spilled a drop of gas on my pontoon or Me. Put 20 gallon in less than 10 minutes. What a relief ! Thanks for the responses. If anyone from Bennington reads this it should be a recall on...

7 year warranty. the dealer I bought it from sold to a bigger dealership. Upgrading possible if I can get this issue fixed. It will not be from them it most likley will not be a Bennington. Service department is not very friendly.
