My other boat is a 46’ Chris Craft Aquahome houseboat. 1970 model, bought it in 1997. Now nearing completion of its second restoration. Great boat, sunk a ton of $ into it...I’ve corrected the issues of 1970 boat design and construction. So, now costs are up; big boat values are down; I’m slowing down…will I ever finish this project???
