    Mooring Cover Support Poles

I do the same dance every time as well. It would be more accessible to set the height, but not as satisfying. I did learn the need to set the tension so the pols don't collapse. Check this often. Usually, only a 1/4 turn will do the trick.

Side steering a pontoon, anyone ever tried something like this?

Hi, just installed the bow thrusters. Nice just to push the front around a bit when entering a tight slip.

    Steering Wheel Cleaner

Anodized Brass - that is the ticket. Ye, the outer carrier was great to get all that weight off the belt and lower back.

Nope, I can't remember the name of the coating, but it did not require polish. By the time I left, all web gear and embroidered patches and badges.

    Side shift Bow Thruster

Hi, sorry I can't help with that one, but I would think limited drag based on size. Perhaps Side Shift can provide some ideas. As these work independently of each other, worst case, take off the rear unit and keep the front.

    Side shift Bow Thruster

see from the pictures above, when the unit is retracted it has zero contact with the water. I don’t think the weight made any difference in the overall performance of the vessel. The only time it creates any drag at all is when you actually have the arm deployed and are using the thruster. The...

Side steering a pontoon, anyone ever tried something like this?

While I am pleased with the bow thruster, I have minimal use coming into my slip with the lift. I must bring it up before I enter to avoid hitting the bunkers. Works great everywhere else. The prop does come up quickly, so I can usually get the heading and do a quick lift, then into the slip.

    Water/Condensation obscuring gauge.

New gauge in, the new rear gate on order. All done in 20 mins.

    Water/Condensation obscuring gauge.

So tomorrow, the gauge will be replaced, courtesy of Bennington. At the same time, look at the panel fitting in the rear gate, which is not set within the frame. Only two issues in three years, so not much to gripe about.

    Sideshift Thruster

I added one last year, been very pleased with the results. As for the money, spent 50K on the boat, whats a couple more :)
