Looks great, I am wanting to do this same thing but wonder if there could be a warranty issue? Also, did you close the area entirely or leave some area for moisture to drain out? If there is a way for water to get in, it will and it will need to breathe or the floor material will rot out.

Speaking of engine trim, please tell me how far you can trim your engine and how it relates to the trim gauge? I realize that you can only trim up an outboard on a pontoon so far, but with mine full up to full down and the guage only moves about 1/4 of the range displayed. I think it is not set...

BTW, I have been running the trim of the engine all the way down. If I try to trim up it only makes the problem worse and the blow out happens sooner.

Update: I just got my boat out of storage and checked the pod on the bottom of the boat, Bennington has like nearly all boat manufacturers now moved the gas tank to the center pod of the boat. At least Bennington kept the gas fill location the same on the side of the boat. Thank you very much...

That was my thought as well. I realize it would not be easy due to the location, but if it is on a good trailer it should be possible.

Is it possible to get lifting strakes added to the pontoons or easier to replace them all together? It would seem they could be added easily to the inside portion of the pontoons.

Thanks for your reply on my issue. I have a question, how can I tell which shaft the engine has, 20 or 25"? It has 13x31 2.38:1 on the out drive and is a Mercury 115 CT engine. Also, I noticed the props you listed and wonder if any aluminum ones would be comparable. Thanks again.
