Anchor light is working and the switch does light up when pushed in. So it looks like it should be working but they don't.

My front red and green lights are not working. I pushed the button under the switch but its not doing anything. Anyone have an idea of what is wrong. If one of them wasn't working I would think it was a bulb. But both are not working.

Where is the fuse box located. I looked under the helm, but done see an fuses???

Where are the breakers located??
