Ok. An update. Bennington got back to my dealer. $250 to get the new sending unit. I bought a 12 inch unit on Amazon for $50 and just wired it in and it works fine
Have to replace fuel sending unit on 2013 pontoon. Is there a trick to unplugging the old one? They put it where only one hand can reach it. May need to just cut wires and reconnect new wires
I talked to the service person where we bought the boat. He suggested the float maybe stuck so I am going to pull it and see if that is it. If not guess it would be the sending unit.
I have a 2013 Bennington and we love it. However my fuel gauge works fine from full to 1/2 then gauge stays at 1/2 and does not go below that. Could the float be stuck? Any thoughts. All other gauges etc work fine. I should add when I turn the key off the gauge does go to E
