I ordered 6 when I ordered the boat. I do highly recommend them . They look great and work really well. The rail is drilled, and the base is then riveted on.
This is what it shows on the build sheet
Benny Quick Fender Latch Kit - Silver (Qty 6) 903439: Qty. 6
Hope this helps
it recommends 13.4x15. Thats what I originally had. The new set up is closer. I think If I response from the throttle for the last inch of travel I would be right in the ball park around 5700 rpms at 20+ mph. I just dont know if you can adjust the throttle.
My dealer gave me a 13.8 X 11 prop to try. I now have done 2 complete runs calm lake, no wind, clean pontoons. In both cases the tach stops at 5200 rpm at 17 mph even though there is still forward throttle travel. Both are lower than I believe they should be. I still think I may have a throttle...
The results are in! I got the new 13.8x11 prop. Installed this morning and tested it out. The lake was calm with little or no wind. I washed the pontoons last evening. We were carrying about 1/2 tank of gas with me and my wife on board. The two of us contributed about 300 lbs to the total...
I put my data in the calculator from the link you provided, and it verified what you all have been recommending. The prop is a problem. The slip value with my prop is 41 with a recommendation of less than 20. I will call my dealer today about getting a 13.8 X 11 Spitfire prop.
Thanks again for...
They don't water test. I may ask him for the different prop and change it myself. I really think I have a throttle issue as well as possibly prop pitch . Once you hit 3600 rpms the rpms don't change when adding trim at. Similarly the rpms don't drop while reducing the trim. I was hoping that...

It was this way right from the initial break in period. The prop is a Black Max 13.75 diameter 15 pitch. Mercury website says with that set up should be 5750 rpm with 23.64 top end.
2022 SXL 18 with 60 horse mercury. Engine rpms top out at 3600, with 12.5 MPH. Returned to dealer that suggested giving more trim. I tried trimming out but had the same result. It appears that there is no throttle response until the throttle is moved to about 1/2 of the total forward travel...
