Ultimate Bunk Boards - Anyone using them?

Yes from what it seems. I know I could just recover my current boards as the wood is in good condition, just not sure how long that would last. My previous toon has the plastic in which you're talking about and I had good luck with that stuff, although it was a much smaller and lighter toon.

Ultimate Bunk Boards - Anyone using them?

It's time to replace my outer bunks as the carpet is torn and it looks terrible. Front boards are 13' and the back boards 7'. I've been looking at the Ultimate Bunks. They are made out of extruded, polyethylene plastic, with no fillers and they claim it will not harm any boat finishes. They also...

Does anyone have experience with Turning Point Propellers?

My toon was originally configured with a TP prop. Performance wasn't great at all. I changed it out to a Merc Enertia Prop and the difference was night and day.

    Depth/Fisfinder

Did you ever find a solution? I'm currently going through the same thing, however I have the Echomap 50s. Everything but the maps functions on this unit which is frustrating.

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

Totally agree. I have considered moving up the engine one slot, but since it's performing so well, I may just leave it. As always I greatly value everyone's input! This weekend I'm going to pick up the SWSII 15.5 x 17 prop. Only reason being is that it's in great shape and "she" only wants 100...

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

Yes sir! Everyone that rode on it kept telling me this thing should be rolling in the 40's easily.

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

Thanks for the info! I'll just keep a spare prop ready to go in case that happens. Wife changed the plans for the weekend, so we made a quick Saturday afternoon trip. Didn't have much time to mess around, however right out of the wake zone this new prop blew me away. On top immediately, and a...

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

Thank you all for the recommendations! I have the Mercury Enertia coming in tomorrow 14.5 x17p. @Vikingstaff you're correct about the hub kit. Very easy to install and replace if it ever spins with it's square design - no pressing needed. The 15.75 x 15p SWSII won't be here till next week...

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

People on my boat vary by so much. Capacity is 16, however having 10 is about he max comfort level IMO. I'm glad I'm seeing all these numbers. One prop won't be here until Wednesday, the other I'll grab tomorrow. Probably be next weekend, or maybe Friday when I can try them out. It's bugging me...

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

5850rpm with just me, 5700 with all the rest. Max RPM with flash is 6400. I'll take all the recommendations I can get! The people who tuned the boat mentioned that having this prop (history unknown) is normally the biggest problem. I have a friend with a big bay boat, and he mentioned going to...

    R25 - 250SHO with NIZPRO tune

I searched throughout this forum and some other places and couldn't find a specific situation that I have. Figure I would post up what prop I'll end up with. Current specs: 2014 2575RCW w/ ESP and lifting strakes 56 gallon fuel tank Yamaha 250SHO - just had it flashed to a 332 with NIZPRO @...

    R23 / Yamaha 300/ ESP

Good info to hear. Last time I was out I was able to hit 38 @ 5700 or so. Not liking it either and I also have the 15 17p. Tomorrow I'm dropping off my ECU to get the Nizpro 332 tune loaded up. Will see how this prop acts with it this weekend if the weather holds out. A buddy I worked with has a...

    R23 / Yamaha 300/ ESP

Cwright, Do you happened to be located in South Louisiana? Saw a boat exactly like that this weekend. Beautiful boat btw! I'll be following this thread as well. I just got a "new to me" R25 with a 250SHO/ ESP. Luckily I have a dealer / mechanic nearby who can flash it with the NIZPRO and make...

Upgrading to a bigger pontoon - Keeping the Vinyl Clean!

Thank you all for the replies! Trip back from Dallas wasn't that bad as we had great weather. I did have a blow out, and I'm thankful that the trailer had some heavy gauge fenders, otherwise the side of the pontoon might've been damaged. I cleaned some trouble spots from the drive down. Wasn't...

Upgrading to a bigger pontoon - Keeping the Vinyl Clean!

To start, been a long time lurker and haven't posted. Appreciate all the good info the forum has to offer. Sorry if this is a long post, but I want to do everything I can do prevent another reoccurrence from our current boat. This weekend if timing works out, we will driving 8 hours to purchase...
