I use the factory Yamaha covers, however our slip is covered and haven't had the boat that long.
This will be our first pollen season so I expect them to help out with that.
We have had leaks in all 3 tunes on our 2024 27 QS with twin Yamaha's as well as bilge pump wiring issues.
I was also surprised to learn that the bilge pumps are not "hard wired" to the battery bus, this is our first pontoon and a bit of a learning curve over the v-hull's we have owned.

We had our dealer apply Sharkhide before we took delivery in September, so not much time on it yet.
Looking forward to lots of time on the water this year to see how it holds up.
Congratulations on your new boat, it looks great!

Thanks for your response, did you have your pumps hardwired by Bennington or do it yourself?
I would prefer to duplicate your setup as we have twin outboards as well.

We came from a v-hull where the bilge pump only had two positions, On...
We just received our registration paperwork and titles for our new 27 QSBWAT2 and was very surprised to see that our new 2024 model year boat had a 2022 and 2023 engine installed, both engines were new, just different model years.
I was told that this was actually happens frequently and that our...
Just re-read this post, curious on the twin tanks, can you educate me on them?
Is it a single filler, or one for each tank?
Where are they located, Port and starboard tune?
