Curious as to what people are paying for winterizing and winter storage. I pay about $750 for pickup, winterizing, shrink wrap, outside storage, and spring delivery for an 18' Bennington in Michigan.

The old cover is at the dealer. It is NOT usable, as the wind tear is almost three quarters across the middle of the cover and anytime you pick it up it tears more and in other places, per the canvas shop that was going to fix it.

Follow up to original question: Not at all happy with Bennington! They agreed to cover the playpen cover under warranty, then sent the WRONG cover to the dealer about four weeks ago. The dealer told me they were sending the prober cover. After four weeks of waiting and checking weekly on the...

Bennington is sending me a new cover but the dealer told me that there would be a service charge to put the snaps on, as the boat is in the water.

What is the strap for on the stern end of the cover? Also, any secrets to water pooling on mooring cover? I can not raise the post any higher , but still have a "puddling" problem in the ster starboard corner.
