Is there any way to keep the seat covers from blowing off when the wind blows ? I’m snapping the outside clips correctly but are there supposed to be snaps or something on the inside of the boat?

this is my first boat and it has seat covers . The problem I’m having is the seat covers keep blowing off. I know I’m snapping the outside clips correct but the cover keeps blowing off, I noticed the snaps on the bottom of cover but nothing to snap to. Any help would be appropriated
