That part was also super helpful but I’m trying to understand if it’s a straight shot from battery compartment to where the existing cables pop up in the helm.

You ever figure out running the power and ground from helm to battery compartment? I'm about to pursue the same task and I am trying to figure out how to get the wires across.

How did you run the fishing tape from the helm? I need to run amp power and ground but I can't figure out how to get it across. There's no PVC pipe to run through so it seems like the tape would just be running wild when I started pushing it in.

I saw in a post where you had used fishing tape to run power wires from battery to helm but I'm wondering how you figure out what route to take the tape? I don't see any PVC under the deck so wouldn't it just run wild?
