I'm not sure how many of the rest of you have this problem, but forgetting to pull up the ladder seems to be a big one for my crew. I had this vinyl decal made up. We'll see if it makes a difference.

I made it. I'm not sure if I could make them for sale. Not all the ladders are the same, and the holes in both parts of the ladder may be different distances. I think that's why Bennington uses the strap.
