Full cover! Our boat is even in the water with only two sides accessible. Takes less than 10 minutes off and to stow, and less than 15 minutes to put on. Boat is in a covered slip, and still would not think of leaving it uncovered.

I can't chime in on the cost of prop replacement, or repair. However, I can address the "top speed and top mount hole" discussion. I have the exact same prop you do on our 21 SLX with 150 Yamaha and SPS. When delivered, our boat's top speed was 44.1 mph as verified by our Garmin DV54. Also...

Thanks. I went to look at the boat and river just this afternoon. It's still at 5.3 feet, which was the high since the 2008 record. Forecast is to S-L-O-W-L-Y drop down to 5 feet by Saturday. As for Silver Glen, it's a great place for sure unless you go when half the boats in Florida are there...

[/IMG] The leak was behind the port side lifting strake on the center toon. I think that's why they decided to replace rather than fix. Without removing the lifting strake it was not evident if it was a crack, or bad weld.
