They are called "festoon" bulbs and I did replace them with leds. The problem is I can't remember how long they are. They come in 36mm, 39mm, and 42mm. I think they were 39mm but I'm not sure, Also, the screws for the lights go through the deck with washers and nuts. And.......when you buy them you must get red and green, not white.
