2275rl --- trying to figure out the boat cover...   It just doesn't seem to fit

Hello all. I just purchased a 2001 2275RL. Mercury 115 hp 2stroke. Engine Manual shows max RPMS should be 5200. On my first trip out the other day with fairly light load I was only grabbing 4700 WOT. Is this normal or could it be other factors or my prop?

All: I'm a bit new to the boating scene and looking to make a splash. I have the opportunity to purchase a 2001 2275RL at what I consider to be a reasonable price (around 12k). I don't have any significant concerns about the cabin, but the Mercury Optimax 150 gives me pause. Unknown number...
