Greetings folks!
12v to engine is normal.
No power to the console (circuit breaker at battery is seated).
The trim indicator rests at full up (engine is only halfway up).
When I turn ignition switch to ON (not start), the trim needle goes to full down, then back to full up with ignition off. When I hit any switch (horn, lights, accessory, etc), the trim needle also goes to full down until I release whichever switch is pushed. Nothing on the console works.
(I can't remember if the trim indicator is powered all the time. If it loses power, should the needle go to full down, full up, or stay where it was?
