2002 Bennington - dash completely non functional

Hi, I just bought a 2002 Bennington pontoon that needs fixing up, but I am finding very very little information on the internet.

Almost all of the dash does not work, wires are hanging all over the place. only the battery gauge works. not even the horn works.
I can't find a wiring diagram or any kind of manual for it. Is this thing just beyond repair now?

Had the same issue. Replaced a 30amp fuse coming off the battery and all is well.
