2016 20' Benn 25' toons SLX...hoist boards spread?

How far apart should the lift boards be on a vertical 2016 20' 2-Toon to support it on the hoist? We had a 2012 Benn 20', but the new one barely clears the boards by an inch? Do the boards need to be adjusted in, but still maintain safe required support?

I'm a little confused on your setup. Do you have 2x12's that lift the boat from the deck? Or does it lift the toons? If you have 2 25" toons the keels will be 77" apart. Photos help also! Congrats on the new boat!
