We are very excited now, our boat is being rigged for our Friday pick up. Now time is standing still... well it feels that way :)

Come aboard!

This is going to be fun...heck with fuel cost, it's the alcohol cost that hurts.

Well that will definitely get you invited to the pontoon party!

Tomorrow 2pm we take delivery! Going to be hard to sleep well tonight ;)

I'm not sure why but I'm really excited about this boat, I haven't been like this over any boat in many years. Must be my age, having a senior moment.

Looks great. We get ours next weekend in Merlot Red.

Noticed that the decal says "Bennington Limited Edition". I thought I had seen one before in showroom but it wasn't designated on the decal. Did you order it that way?

No, we ordered a 24sslx then after playing around the dealers lot we saw this 2275 GCW Limited, same color, same snap in carpet, same M6 radio, etc. as we ordered in the 24. It's a 2275 GCW that as I understand it comes with a raised helm, chrome 3d logos, led cup holders, led bimini, and four led courtesy lights (we added two more for a total of 6). These "standard" features make it a limited so we were told.

The funny thing is the Bennington web site doesn't list a 2275 GCW Limited, they do show a R series Limited. Dealer told us it was done for them..... I have no idea.

Weather not looking too good for tomorrows delivery. Now I won't sleep a wink :(

Nice looking rig. We took delivery today since tomorrow was 50% rain chance. I am anxious to get back to the dock since we pulled it in and covered it up.

So you are sending the rain our way ;)

Our dealer is on the lake we live/boat on. We have about a 14 mile run to get her home (at 2k rpm max), so I was hoping to not be running from a thunder storm. Our weather is supposed to be perfect Sunday so I would like to have her home tomorrow. Saturday looks no better than tomorrow, I'll be looking for a weather window to make the maiden voyage home.

I take it your loving your new ride? Congrats!

Weather held, we were able to cruise for 3 hours and enjoyed every minute. At the very end of bringing her home I opened it up for about 1 minute. At least 3/4 full of fuel, two adults, lots of gear, she top out at 27mph on the gps, only turning 5300 rpm. I'll get my next 7 hours on her then do some testing with trim, loading, etc. I'm an extremely happy pontooner :)
