So Lake Havasu is home to this annual event where we get to see "boats" hit 200mph or more - personally a little crazy for me as they all fly down the lake side by side with helicopters chasing them, but there are a whole lot of people that LOVE this week long celebration with music, concerts, exhibits, etc. Well last year TriToons were represented by a dual 450 model that hit 80mph! I particularly liked this picture by ArnadoPhotography.comLHC 2022 Desert Storm TriToon.jpg

There could be Twin 600s this year.

I'll stick with the mid 50's... 80 would cost me my marriage...

Don't know how that boat would stay afloat. They weigh over 1200 lbs. a piece!

Very cool. I've gotten to know some go fast boaters through a poker run here on our lake. And I've gotten a few 100 MPH plus rides. It is so odd to see twin outboards on a (I'm guessing) 48 foot MTI and the red and black beauty with no name visible. Outboards have sure come a long way in the last 10 years.
