Come Monday

Hey everyone. First, great news. We got a house on the water!
In the back of our house, there is a dock without a lift on a saltwater canal (Florida). I keep my boat at a marina, high and dry, and it's about a 30 minute boat ride from my house. I've started to leave the boat at my house for the weekend and realized how much I enjoy that. Well, the weekend has turned into a few more days than the weekend.
My question if anyone knows - how long can I safely leave this in the water without bottom paint before barnacles start to attach? I had it treated with shark hide at the factory and the boat was new in April.
We're having a lift installed, but permitting is holding it up. The new lift and dock will not be done until January. I don't want to get greedy but man is it nice to have your boat so accessible.
So, being the temperature of the water is cooler now that it is winter, would a week, maybe two be too many consecutive days?
