Bennington QX27 Wide Beam Gelcoat or Paint???

Does anyone definitively know if the fiberglass sides of the boat are painted or gel coated? Also, I have the cladded sport arch, which appears to be fiberglass, though not positive. Is that painted or gel coated? TIA
