Bimini top blows breaker.

Yesterday I lowered the Bimini top. Today, when I try to raise it, it blows the breaker.

If it moves at all, how does it sound? I can always tell when mine is straining. If this is the case it's binding in the gears or bimini is stuck on something. If it's blowing immediately with zero movement or sound it's probably a dead short in the motor or wiring (moving parts are usually guilty). If it's moving just a little before it blows, it's probably binding somewhere.
