Should have been a no hitter! Sox had their chances. The 2 teams (Nationals/Orioles) I root for didn't even make the play offs so baseball is actually over for me. Ha!  I'm hoping for a Tigers-Dodgers World Series!!!!!           C'mon Redskins and Capitals!!!!!!!!!!

The Tigers gave away the game Sunday night. I want a Tigers -  Cardinals World Series to make up for the Tigers losing to them in 2006.

Yes, before Lasorda who was his 3rd base coach for years. Smoky managed the Dodgers from 1954-1976.  Started with the Dodgers in Brooklyn. All time winningest Dodger manager.  4 World Series Championships and 7 NL titles.  Lived just down the road from me.  Played ball at Miami University in Oxford. (The Cradle of Coaches)    Gerry
