Center Toon Storage Drain Not Draining

I have a 2011 Bennington R23 with the center storage. The drain in the rear of the toon isn't draining back to the bilage pump. I've tried cleaning with air, pressure washer, small wire, but still it doesn't drain. Any suggestions?

I believe the center toon with storage consists of 4 sections: Front area used for storage, a center section, a rear section that holds the gas tank & bilge pump, and the Transom section. My storage area has small holes that drain to the center, then the rear section, where the bilge is located. Those drain holes are not flush with the bottom, so I generally have a small amount of water in them when it is in the water (the cooler lake water prevents evaporation). The heat in Havasu means that within a day of taking it out of the water, it evaporates. The gas tank section also always has a small amount of water, as the bilge bump can't get the last 1/4" to 1/2" of water. Your bilge has a dash button with three setting: On, Auto, Off.
