I bought my first Benninton yesterday and I was wondering where I could buy the frame for the fitting room? Looks like there was never on installed. Thanks

Your best bet is your dealers parts department ,Bennington does not sell directly to the public. Greatlakesskipper.com does have "some" Bennington OEM parts, you can try them also .

1 year of ownership and haven't used it yet. However it's there if we need it. Would I buy it again? probably not, I think some clips and a shower curtain would suffice.

The changing room is an option. If you did not add the option, it would not automatically be on the boat. You can order them through the parts department at your local Bennington dealer.

BTW - Congratulations on your new boat. Liking it otherwise? Hope you have a good summer ahead with it.

The 2016 we purchased recently no longer had the curtain (i assume it got nasty or torn over the years) - it has a shower curtain with clips and saves a lot of space!!! Folds much easier than a thick curtain, etc. Have not used it yet but will keep it for now!

I'll offer that it's saved many a bare-behind on my boat... not just the wife's but her girlfriends as well. Sorry fellas no pictures!

There are always workarounds of course, a towel etc. but sometimes I'll take care of some business on my 5-gal bucket and it's nice to just relax and listen to the splish-splash of the waves while in my little floating porta john.

I mean who the hell wants to see this??

So the changing curtain design depends on which model you have. On my SwingBack, the framing took up almost 50% of the space - so I replaced the frame with Stainless steel lock hinges and custom aluminum tubes. This approach could save you some $$$ and and I feel a better design. There are also pop-up tents for this purpose. Here are some pictures of my custom solution vs the original. I believe I previously posted with a reference to the actual brackets I used. This year I upgraded my Test Support Bar (wood) to the Aluminum - you will see this in the pictures.
