Cooler stereos

This may be off topic, but I came across these the while researching wet sounds products. Does anybody have any experience?

My wife once came home with a 6 pack cooler that had  a built in radio ,sounded like junk .

Don't think I agree with you Jack, If it is a cooler and is filled with beer I would have to say that does sound good

This is something I might consider if I pull the kicker speakers and replace them with the wet sounds.

Taking up valuable beer space, doesn't seem like a good idea.

I have an older hard sided cooler that doesn't work all that great at keeping ice. This seems like a better use. It would be for the backyard, not necessarily the boat.

That does seem like a lot of wasted space in the cooler .

Contrary to the picture above, you don't put ice in these things. Lots of electronics inside you don't want to get wet. And lots of heat. Those would be warm beers very quickly.

We looked at building one for our tailgate bus, but some better options came up and we didn't go this route.
