Damaged rubber rub rail

I damages a 6 inch section of my rub rail white rubber insert. Is it replaceable? If so I assume parts from the dealer?

Made me sick when I was backing out a screw was sticking out of dock side at marine last weekend and I cut the rubber. I guess better that a toon

That is enough to make one sick with a nice new boat like you have.  I'd see the Bennington dealer about repairing it if it were me.
