Five months but it is back finally

Had several warranty issues including my floor so had to send the boat back to the dealer for warranty work. It sat there for 3 months and I guess apparently was lost in the shuffle at Bennington. They finally picked it up and took it in for the work to be done. I guess they realized they screwed up and told me I could pick whatever floor we wanted. We opted for the seagrass slate. They also had to do some upholstery work and some other things. We finally got it back and the floor is amazing. Matches perfect and was an awesome upgrade. Put into storage and can't wait to get it on the water!! Thanks Jason at Bennington for making it right. It was getting a little dark when I took the picture.

So was it your dealer that sat on for so long or Bennington? Glad you and your Benny are back together!

From what I understand it was bennington. I guess my boat got lost in the shuffle somehow and no one was told to go get it. The guy with bennington that I dealt with said he didn't even know it was there to pick up. I think everything turned out fine though and we got a nice upgraded floor out of the deal!!

I was offered the same option when my carpet and wood floor was soaked with hydraulic steering fluid. We went with the Nutmeg aqua teak and snap in carpet. Bennington did an awesome job and was very accommodating. Made me a customer for life as long as I am in the pontoon market.
