Looking for some info. Trying to find the Amp rating on the circuit on the helm? The cigarette lighter charger keeps tripping the breaker on the helm when we try to blow up a float. Inflator we are using is 12V, 10A max. I know the charger is 12V but can't find the amps. Anyone know by chance?

What year and model boat? I think the 12v receptacle on my boat has the amp rating stamped on it. I'll let you know when I get a chance to look.

I purchased a heavy duty setup and connected directly to the battery:
Ring Eyelet Terminal to Female Cigarette Lighter Socket Battery Boost Cable Heavy-Duty 30A Fuse 12V/24V 12AWG Cord 10Ft

I had a chance to look at the receptacle on my 2017 23RSB. It is not marked with an amp rating. I stuck my head in the console to see if I could ID the rating by a breaker or fuse. I couldn't. But I can tell you on my boat the wires from the 12V receptacle connect to the switch that is marked "accessory." I was aware that switch controlled the stereo and depth finder, but didn't know it also controlled the 12V receptacle. That switch is protected by a breaker directly underneath it. I was not able to see what amp breaker it is. But someone here my know.
