Helm seat frame issue

Does anyone know who makes the helm chairs for Bennington? When our boat got rained on this week I noticed rust stains on the floor under the helm chair. Turns out my seat frame is severely rusted. Since the outer skins and foam is fine I am hoping to buy a new frame and rebuild my seat vs buying an entire new one.
