I am trying to finish my sirius satellite radio installation and because of all my hook ups already being used in the back of my head unit I need this cable and cannot find it anywhere.  Can anyone locate one?  It is a Sony RC-61 male to male

Yes, I ended up finding that same one, but then I found a new one that used a different name.  I think I am set now.
