We are adding some small LED lights in the interior. I know I can use the "user accesory" switch, but as I don't now and never will have a livewell, I would like to use that switch. Like I said, I'm wierd.

I have found the correct wire under the helm. It disappears into a loom through the deck headed for the rear somewhere.

Anybody have an idea where it might terminate? I see where the loom makes the turn headed to the port side. I can start pulling rivets on the underside, just like to have a better shot at starting at least close to the right spot.

We're talking about a 21slx.

Thanks.

I have the same thought, was talking to dealer about using the same switch

I will never use livewell so would like to use for LED lights on Toons at night

If I get an acceptable price I will proceed and give you info from Dealer on how it was accomplished

Working under the helm is difficult

Had to hook up The Depth Finder myself

Not a summer time job got hot quick

I have the SL 21 as well

Looking at it again this weekend it looks like I can go straight across the boat when I come down out of the helm. I haven't had the chance to actually get the fish tape out yet.

I am interested in what your dealer does and what the wiring looks like under the helm.
