We had some warranty issues on our new boat last year that only could be repaired at the factory!


My dealer at the end of the season prepped the boat for transport and the factory arranged pickup.


After 4 months Bennington called me and my boat was finished and being prepped for transport.


My dealer called and they have it and getting it ready for the season.


JUST IN TIME!!!

Glad to hear MBHenry, think I may be the last to get on the boat this year as we decided to stay in Florida a little longer
 
Guardrail I assure you that Bennington is the leader in Quality when it comes to pontoon boat manufacturing.  Consider that many of the models with all the options are basically a custom build rather than assembly line production.  No company in the world is flawless in their production, rather it is how they handle and service the occasional claim and in this respect no pontoon manufacturer meets the Bennington standard

Guardrail, we had a issue with the decking and seats that could only be redone at the factory.


I was in contact with the warranty team most of he way. 


Bennington called me Friday and said my dealer would have the boat on Saturday.


My dealer called Saturday am to say that they had it.

Link, what part of Florida?


We just got back ourselves the end of March.


We're on the west coast. 
 
I am in Merritt Island, right next to Cocoa Beach.  Love it here but my boat is back in NY in the Adirondacks
 
We're in Venice on the Gulf.
 
This is my first winter in Florida, had LOTS of company made it to the Keys but never been to the Gulf
