LED lighting with Wave Shield

We want to install interior LED lights under the front loungers (22SSBXP) but how do you run the wiring from the Starboard to the Port side without exposing them either inside the boat or underneath across the wave shield? I can see if you didn’t have a wave shield you were just drill down to the plywood and run the wiring across and tack it to the underneath. With with the wave shield not sure if I should do that. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just run it between the wave shield and the deck. There's plenty of room.

No, It is attached to the crossbeams. There is plenty of room.
