Anyone ever use one of these yet? They look intriguing to me as we have to use regular fenders to bump the dock where we are at. We are just concerned about durability and whether these things would flip up or not if big waves came by and maybe let the boat get underneath it. But it would solve some docking problems if it was truly legit and would hold up. Would probably want to buy a 26 foot one for a Q25 boat.

While we don't use the Titan Dock bumpers, we do use the Titan tie-up bumpers. It feels so wrong typing bumpers for boating. While the titans we use are durable and have been no problem for tie-up's. I am not sure I would use the dock ones. Main reason: We are not always at the dock and if it's punctured or stolen then we have no protection against the dock while the boat is there at the dock/slip.

Does you water level fluctuate ?

No, it's pretty doggone steady most all summer. We are on a river that has a dam and it controls the level.

As far as being punctured or stolen ours would be in a pretty secure area. The only negative I can see against this thing is that we sometimes have big wake boats go by throwing out wake waves and our boat shifts up and down violently for about a minute. We don't know if this big air pad dock bumper would rebuff the boat violently rocking for a minute or the boat might get caught on top of it. etc.

I would have to agree with Jgedeon and use the tie up bumpers . If your boat starts rocking against a fixed bumper , I wouldn't chance it. I use 10 X 27 tie ups on mine

Those are HUGE! While I am not familiar with the Titans, I do have the Sentry and will say they are well made. Mission has some solid products in my opinion (no affiliation).

You may not be understanding my situation. I want to use it on a fixed seawall. that my boat docks up against in lieu of fenders. I don't mean using it as a bumper between boats when we are tying up with other boats.

If your concern is the bumper getting under the boat , it's possible with a fixed bumper . I use fixed vertical ( 4ft) and tie ups . I also use 3 adjustable on the dock when I pull in , boat is longer than my slip so I pull up as far as i can .

Here are my vertical with low water level
