Would like a recomendation on a mooring cover

Canvas shop in your area. Sunbrella is a very good brand of material.

It might depend on your boat year. But the mooring cover clips Bennington uses are fantastic. They clip to the underside of the rail. Much easier than snaps. If you have that groove in your rail, then I would try to use those clips even if you have a custom cover made.

Dang material shortages…. Going with a local canvas shop is very likely a better route anyway.
