Mooring Cover Sealer

We have a 2015 SX22 Bennington pontoon and the first mooring never worked so I complained to our dealer, so Bennington gave us a brand new cover but it leaks too. We really like the boat but when I tell others at our marina they can't believe it. They have all Starcrafts pontoons and their covers work. It's disappointing that our mooring cover doesn't work, and we paid for the top of the line boat.

Please don't take this the wrong way. No offense is intended at all...

I thought at first that my cover was leaking as well. But I realized that the water wasn't coming through the cover, but instead was flowing across the deck that isn't covered at the front, or running down the sides of the playpen and infiltrating under seats via the side gate. Also, there is some moisture that will come under the cover just like a tent (condensation and such).

It's also possible the cover isn't installed quite right? do you have some pictures? are there tears, etc?
