Morning cover Pole feet

I’m looking to replace the Rubber Feet that go on the ends of the Adjustable poles that support your cover here is a photo of what I’m looking for

Go to a big box store and look for furniture hardware. Felt pad area will have those cups. I bought a set 2 weeks ago to cover the end of a support pole I installed for my FIL

Search for ‘chair and table end caps’ or go to a good hardware store with pole in hand.

If they are too large some duct tape on the pole should help.

This is what I purchased to retrofit my pole bases from Vico Marine. Tends to keep the pole from falling in high wind conditions, and reduces the likelihood of an indentation on the deck. Pricy though.

I got the cane/crutch end caps 3/4 end size they are 2x as thick and solid as the factory pole ends are. They are super tight to put on and that’s a good thing. Hopefully they won’t pop off like the factory ones do.

If they work I’ll let the group know and I’m pretty sure I’ll get 3 more. I noticed that all the levers are pretty distorted at the hinge point so the others are most likely on their way

This is how mine are too. Workable, but not optimal anymore.

Hey great News the New pole adjusters are an exact match and fit thanks for the links in this thread. Just be aware it uses a T-15 star wrench NOT a Allen key

On another Side note. The temps that your boat reaches while under the cover are crazy. I’m sure the elevated temps under the cover accelerate the breakdown in all the materials vinyl, rubber, plastic, the Poles that hold up the cover are so HOT you can’t even hold them I’m sure that helps warp the plastic on the poles.
