Some dealers are very good and would do this but not many at all IMO, I would have to believe that it is Bennington

If someone backed into the tube, why would Bennington have anything to do with it?

You're right CWag, I retract that statement as I had forgotten that someone backed into it at the dealers, was thinking it arrived that way
