I would like to thank TomS for letting me know about a prop for sale on Ebay.  He remembered I was looking for one and contacted me.

I just purchased the Merc enertia ECO 19P, new.

On my Tri Toon I have an enertia 19P on it, turning 6300 to 6400 with average load.  I get 52 and 53 MPH out of this.

I am hoping this new ECO gets me up and out of the water a little more giving me some more Top End.  I also just purchased a Hydrofoil for my motor because when I tried to trim it out and get the most of my rpm's I would start porpoising and have to trim down.  I just hope this larger diameter prop does not make my boat fall flat on its face, it shouldn't I hope.

Cannot wait to get the boat in the water and see what I can get out of her.

You're welcome and I hope it works out for you!

BTW, I'd definitely hold off on that hydrofoil to see if the Eco carries the load a bit better ;-)

Good advice. I am not a fan of add-on foils of any sort.

I had put one on my last bow rider.  My wife said it was the best $60 ever spent.  The boat settled right down, no more porpoising.  I agree though, I need to try the prop without it.

Can't believe you guys are at 19 even with the Simons boost, I,m back down to 16 with 4 of us.  Speed averages 47 but the hole shot and time to plane I love. 18 like tom had just didn't work for me

My boat is only a 2275 so a bit shorter than both of yours. With just stock hp, the 18 is great, though I'd love to try the Simon tune at some point. I have no idea what that would mean in terms of prop change as I can hit 6300+ already at high trim on the 18p. The Eco Enertia adds a new wrinkle, since at 16" diameter it's much bigger than the 14.5" standard Enertia. Turning that will take some torque but it's apparently a lot more efficient in the midrange.

I had 10 people in my boat, 7 adults and pulled my brother (230lbs) up on one ski with the 19P prop I have now.  Like TomS says, the ECO is larger dia and will take more to turn it, so I will see.  They don't make an 18P in the ECO, I would have gone that route.  My engine might be mounted higher than yours also, I wanted to get the anti cavitation plate out of the water, that may make a difference with less drag.
