playpen cover leaking in heavy rain

Noticed during heavy rains as of late, my 2275 RCW from the rear gate the teak floor in the aft is saturated in water (ie squishy standing water).


I've cleaned it with soap and water and have sprayed 303 on the inside and outside of the cover in this area.  The rest of the play pen carpet is dry as a bone except in areas near near the fence where the water seaps in from the side gate


Anything else I can do to waterproof this cover?

Mtubd, that doesn't sound right if this just started happening out of the blue.  I doubt that this is it but just to ensure; you did use the 303 Fabric Protector and not the vinyl protector.  Otherwise I would like to crawl under there during a rain [or spray with hose] to see where it is leaking
