playpen cover ?

Got a brand new 2012 ben. Noticed after it rains the inside of my boat. Carpet and a few of the seats are wet. Do I need to spray down the cover with 303 fab. protector. And what is the best way to do it. on the boat or off the boat. And does anybody spray the inside to or is that a waste of product. All suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated. And Yes I know boats are made to get wet lmao. Just dont want to get mold on my seats and stuff between trips . Thanks again in advance.
