Thanks Link. I didn't do anything other than the strenuous task of handing over $100 bills but the comments I've received from my dock mates make it all worth it. I believe it will become part of my annual maintenance service/cost.

I just heard a rumor....The Feds are collaberating with the Scooter Store. The effort will create a packaged Cart and Scooter Store Scooter. The system will make it easier to haul the deflated $100 bills from the bank to the dock !!

CCanDo, I believe I'll get me one of those. It's amazing what $100 bill will NOT buy you these days!
 
I posted an updated photo after 2 months of sitting in the water, with the new lights on.
