Power steering question part 2

did not get any replies on part 1, got 62 views, everyone must be out enjoying their Benny!. looked in owners manual that just said what brand it is, SeaStar. looked that up on internet and there are different models and designs. took a look and cannot figure out how to check level. pic attached. top tube is fill tube, the two coming off are of course hydraulic to the unit, but again have no idea how to check level. any experts out there that can advise?

Not sure on checking the fluid as I haven't looked into it. What does the almighty Google say?

looked it up but was not sure which system i had so i went out on the lake for the day . i dont have the manual but now that i have this pic i can narrow it down some.
