Prop forum

To our mods, I read the forum several times a day and one thing I notice is that we have numerous "prop" advice questions on a regular basis. As the site and our membership expands, would it be possible to add a prop section to the forum to keep these questions and their answers in one place? It could become a great database of useful info in the coming years to existing and new members with these type questions and their responses.

Actually, perhaps not a forum per se, but a dedicated "sticky" thread.

Everyone can just post their boat, specs, prop and GPS'd speed and then anyone could look at the thread.

Probably this format would be good:

OAL - Tubes - Engine/HP - Prop & Brand - Top Speed

21' --- 2x23" -- T50 Yam ---- 14x9p Mercury --- 18mph @ 6,000rpm

Anything would help. I personally counted 34 threads with props or WOT as the title in pontoon and dock sections. A dedicated section or sticky would be great.

We're looking into it now. I just have to run out so I can't do much right away. Perhaps we can get something going in the next few days... We'll see how it goes.
