Hi Everyone

I'm hoping someone in the community can help me out. I have a 2012 2275 RCWL HIN#ETW82018E212. The rear starboard railing got bent pretty good so I reached out to my local dealer to get it replaced. They did their best but were told by Bennington that they only support 2013 and newer boats. Long story short does anyone have a 2013 or newer toon similar to mine and willing to share their HIN so I can use that to order my replacement rail. I know they continued making this style after 2012 so a newer HIN would help me jump this hurdle. Thanks in advance! Matt

Thinking outside the box if you can't find anybody on here, is to maybe find a boat on boat trader or other for sale website's and ask the seller for the HIN so you can put it on a "Carfax" type sites for boats and make sure it hasn't been involved in any accidents or issues.

There are 2 that I know of.

I entered my old 2011 2275 RCW HIN on both of these sites and it came up with basic info but then wanted $17 for one site and $30 to access all the records.
Here is what is showed for my 2011 2275 RCW, so they are legit.

All you want is the HIN number so you wouldn't need to purchase anything.

So it would be feasible for a "buyer" to ask for the HIN number to get data on the boat.

Again, its an out of the box thinking but might be helpful to try it with a boat you found online.

I did have a 2014 RCW , but with the rear loungers and the rails were much different .

There were a lot of different configurations which is what makes this even more difficult. The R line had different shapes in the rails compared to the G line, the chrome rail configuration, etc.

Someone probably fabricates those rails, maybe even welds them for Bennington unless they're very vertically integrated. Someone has to have the prints for all the angles and bend radii for those rails on that model which would be easy to replicate. This stuff is far from rocket science. Take the discussion higher up the food chain ladder at Bennington or have them share the supplier info.
