Replacing factory Kicker speakers

Is it worth it to replace the factory Kicker speakers part number 43BKM614L with the newer version 45BKM654L? Would these just plug right in? The newer ones claim they are slightly better with higher wattage and better tweeter.

I was also looking at the Rockford M1 speakers, but I assume i would have to rewire the harness for these speakers.

Im pretty sure my oem kicker speakers had plugs vs the new part number you sent looks like spade terminals
